Marriage-Partner Emporium child safety standards

Marriage-Partner Emporium is a relationship app for adults aged 18 and over. Children must not use the service. These standards apply to everyone using the service, including profiles, uploaded pictures and videos, messages and conduct during calls.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE): any content or behaviour that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers anyone under 18. This includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, computer-generated imagery or other visual depictions of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sexualised communication involving children, and attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child.
- Sextortion, threats or coercion involving a child's intimate material, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, and facilitating or promoting child sexual exploitation.
- Requesting, creating, uploading, sharing, selling or linking to CSAM, or directing people to services that distribute it.
How to report a child safety concern
Send child safety concerns directly to the app operator at marriagepartneremporium@gmail.com, with the subject “Child safety report”. Include the member's name or profile identifier, when and where the incident occurred, and a brief description. Do not send, download, copy or redistribute suspected CSAM, including as an email attachment.
The app's current in-app report/support records are stored locally on your device and do not themselves notify the operator. Email the contact above to ensure a concern reaches the operator. You may also use available blocking controls to stop contact. Blocking alone does not send a child safety report.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority immediately. Do not wait for an email response.
Action on reports and prohibited material
We will assess child safety concerns brought to our attention. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on the service, we will remove it or disable access to it. We will restrict or terminate accounts involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation and take appropriate steps to prevent further abuse.
We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable law. We will comply with applicable child safety laws, cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities, and handle relevant information in accordance with legal preservation and reporting obligations and our privacy policy.
Scope of safeguards
Uploaded profile photos use administrator approval before publication. These standards also prohibit abusive conduct in messages and calls, but we do not claim to automatically scan every interaction. Live calls are not recorded or routinely monitored by this implementation. These standards are rules for using the service, not a guarantee that every violation will be detected or that every user's age has been independently verified.

Joshua, the app operator, is the contact for child safety concerns and questions from Google Play or child-protection authorities about these standards and their enforcement.
